Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Ltd. has acquired a 33.5% stake in Tarun Tahiliani’s luxury couture business, following its recent purchase of a majority stake in Sabyasachi Mukherjee. They plan to launch a contemporary men’s ethnic wear brand, targeting a Rs500 crore market with over 250 stores by 2026, enhancing their ethnic wear portfolio.
